ACCA Meeting Minutes September 11 2007

Explanation of ACCA points:
Every event and meeting you show up to gets you points. The people who have the most points are the people that usually go to the ACCA National Convention.

New York City Conference:
Tuesday, January 22, AHR Expo, more info is on the ACCA board

Free Tool Information:
If you attend two events, you get a hydrometer, four or more events gets you an electronic psychrometric tool.

Community Service Opportunity:
Mr. McCoy knows a church that needs baseboard installed and a boiler that needs started up.

Fundraiser and Nominating committee:
We need people to think of ideas and present them at the meeting. A nominating committee chair is needed to run the nominations of officers at the end of the year.

Webmaster:
Contact Brandon if you have any ideas or would like to help work on the website.

ACCA National Member:
If you want to become a National ACCA member, money is due by September 25.

Educational Seminars:
If you have any suggestions for educational seminars, email Tyler Updike at updtyl23@pct.edu.

We are going to have a booth at the open house on October 28 from 9 AM to 2 PM please let an officer know if you are interested in giving tours and speaking with potential students.

ACCA shirts and ball caps are still for sale. See Vern in the tool room to purchase. Hats are $12 and shirts are $10 or 2 for $15.
