General Studies
Associate of Arts Degree (A.A.)

This major offers the equivalent of the first two years in a four-year bachelor of arts or bachelor of science program. The curriculum is flexible; students select courses based on the requirements of the four-year college to which they plan to transfer*; or if student is unsure which major they want to pursue, they can explore and then transfer to that major within Penn College. Students work closely with a faculty adviser to design a course sequence that best meets his/her future plans. Evening courses are available for the convenience of working students.

*We recommend that students identify the college to which they plan to transfer as soon as possible.
