Mack Truck, Inc., has worked closely with Pennsylvania College of Technology to develop a curriculum that provides the best preparation available for a qualified diesel service technician.
In the Diesel Technology: Mack Emphasis program, you will become highly skilled in electronics, hydraulics, mechanical principles, on-board vehicle management and control systems, power trains and diagnostic skills.
- You may be eligible for a dealer scholarship.
- You will receive advanced Mack training classes to strengthen your skills.
- You will serve an industry internship while you are still a student.
- You may be eligible for a $2,000 Mack Tool Scholarship.
Penn College faculty are Mack factory-certified instructors who continuously upgrade their skills by participating in Mack Service Schools and who use instructional aids and materials provided by Mack Trucks, Inc. The curriculum will provide you with sound electronic, mechanical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in diesel technology. A technician with knowledge and technical skills in electronics and vehicle management systems is in demand.
