Student Success Program
Penn College and Caterpillar dealers have collaborated to form a non-credit Student Success Program designed to improve academic performance, develop employment skills and enhance leadership potential. New students in the Heavy Construction Equipment Technology: Caterpillar Equipment Emphasis and Electric Power Generation Technology majors are required to participate in this program for one semester and to develop a portfolio showcasing various academic and career achievements during their college tenure.
