“WPTC, 88.1 FM, is a nice way to be able to get on-air experience.”

Richard had his own college radio show on WPTC, which streamed live and boasted a worldwide audience, including American soldiers and devotees of “Lost,” who tuned in for a program of music and talk inspired by the TV drama.

Megan Kime

“We are one of the two colleges in America (that we know of) that has flexography.”

Using flexography to produce a pressure-sensitive package label, Megan earned first place in a national contest. She served as president and secretary of Gamma Epsilon Tau graphic arts fraternity.

“We do a lot of stuff … raising awareness for people and organizations.”

Catherine and her classmates staged a 24-hour demonstration in downtown Williamsport to raise awareness regarding homelessness. The event attracted media attention and donations for needy residents.

Amanda thinks her teachers also are good designers. She was president of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society. She plans to be a commercial photographer or photojournalist.
