Disposal of Chemicals
In order to ensure the proper disposal of chemical wastes, individual generators must use the following procedure:
- Collect all chemical wastes in appropriate containers that are properly labeled.
- All halogenated wastes should be collected in a separate waste container from non-halogenated waste.
- All heavy metal waste should be collected in separate waste containers that are properly labeled.
