Dean's Message
Welcome
to the School of Integrated Studies at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Our mission at the School of Integrated Studies is to enhance students' personal growth and professional development through a dynamic integration of the liberal arts and sciences and technology.
What this offers you, as a Penn College student, are the benefits of an education in both a focused technology program and in the broader-based liberal arts. Through our general education and our career-focused courses and degrees, we will help you enhance your intellectual perspectives, develop technical skills, foster ethical sensibilities, and broaden your social awareness.
You will learn real-world skills in one of a diverse range of associate and baccalaureate programs including advertising art, studio arts, mass media communication, early childhood education, graphic communications, graphic design, human services, independent studies, or in our general studies transfer program. Moreover, the School of Integrated Studies provides courses in the liberal arts and sciences for all Penn College degree-seeking students.
Whether through our majors within the School of Integrated Studies, or through the specific courses we offer, our goal is to provide an education through which you become a life-long learner who can think critically and communicate effectively. We will give you the skills that will take you successfully from the classroom to the work force. At the School of Integrated Studies, we are technology with the human touch!
