The Radiography major is fully accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology CT scan

Pennsylvania College of Technology's Radiography program prepares the student to become a registered medical radiographer (X-ray Technician).

Students receive their training on campus and in the radiology departments of affiliate hospitals. Hospital radiology departments are equipped with state-of-the-art radiographic equipment. On campus, students practice their newly acquired skills in a modern radiographic laboratory and learning center under the direct supervision of qualified staff.

Students receive instruction in mathematics, physics, anatomy and physiology, humanities and social sciences, communications, microcomputer fundamentals, and all radiographic theories and procedures which, when successfully completed, will have prepared the student to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists' (ARRT) registry examination.

Radiography students can take advantage of additional opportunities, such as enrolling in Diagnostic Medical Sonography courses, obtaining a Penn College Ultrasound Competency Credential, or earning a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology through an articulation agreement with the Nuclear Medicine Institute at the University of Findlay.
