Do you want a record of success?

Pennsylvania College of Technology's Occupational Therapy Assistant program has a 18-year history of pass rates on the national certification exam well above national averages - nearly 100%! [read more about outcomes]

We also provide hands-on experience through labs, clinical role plays, group projects, and extensive and diverse fieldwork in traditional and emerging areas of OT practice. Initial accreditation for the major was received in 1988 and, in December 2000, the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) honored the program with the maximum of 10 years of continued accreditation.

Our staff use a wide array of state-of-the-art lab equipment to convey their experiences as OTAs and OTs. Our three faculty have a collective 56 years of experience in OT education, and many more years in diverse areas of OT practice.

The staff's vested interest in the program, combined with the small class sizes, creates a one-on-one relationship with each student. In combination with the other positive features of our program, this has lead to our continuing success.
