Dean's Message

Edward A. Henninger

The healthcare industry shows ongoing employment growth with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reporting that millions of new healthcare jobs will be added through 2018, more than in any other industry. Health and Allied Health professionals play important roles in patient care and health information management. Penn College's Health Sciences programs prepare students to become tomorrow's health care leaders using contemporary curricula, experienced and skilled faculty and staff, cutting-edge medical technologies, clinical practice, and interprofessional (IPE) learning experiences. We emphasize team-building, practice-based learning, competency and performance in preparation for license/registry examinations, and lifelong learning as you seek employment in your chosen healthcare field.
