“Penn College gives students great opportunities to expand their education through the Visiting Chef Series, Study Abroad programs, and getting internships.”
Rachel studied abroad in Italy and worked with students and chefs from around the world during a summer internship at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville.

Tacy was selected for the competitive Salute to Excellence and attended the
national awards ceremony in Chicago. Upon graduation, she earned the President’s
Award – the top academic award from Penn College.
