Vision Statement
The School of Hospitality provides applied technology education and training in baking and pastry arts, culinary arts and hospitality management technologies.
Students are our primary focus. We are all committed to serving our guests in the College's multi-faceted operations.
We are Pennsylvania’s premier Hospitality school, providing students with technical skills and service education, with nationally accredited curricula and faculty.
By fusing fundamental techniques with current technologies we provide an education that enables students to respect our history and gain labor market advantage to successfully compete in the future as lifelong learners.
Our team members are responsible role models for students and stewards of the College's resources. Opportunities to expand and improve our program offerings and services will be pursued in conjunction with the evolution of customer and the industry needs.
Every team member plays an important role in attaining our vision.
