Baking & Pastry Arts

This associate's degree in Baking & Pastry Arts prepares students for baking and pastry positions in the hospitality industry. Students meet objectives through hands-on production in the school's fine-dining operations. Certified Pastry Culinarian

Graduates of this program who maintain an active Junior membership in the local A.C.F. chapter are eligible to certify as a Certified Pastry Culinarian for free.
