Baking & Pastry Arts majors
Employers frequently recognize our students for having what it takes to be successful professionals.

Students average 15 hours per week in the baking and pastry labs each semester, and dedicate 240 hours to practical experience during the summer internship.

Graduates are eligible to certify for free through the American Culinary Federation.

Le Jeune Chef Restaurant offers real-life training to students in the College's School of Hospitality.

The School of Hospitality exclusively uses fine chocolates from Guittard Chocolate Company.
