"I am most impressed with the opportunities provided to students at Penn College ... I was also impressed right away by my professors. I have gotten to know the professors and chefs on a great personal level. They really are enthusiastic about my future success, my work during my collegiate career, and my personal goals for the restaurant industry."
Erin Brown, Culinary Arts & System B.S. degree, Class of 2009
