Construction Management Articulation Agreement with Frederick Community College
Requirements
- Enrolled in the Construction Management and Supervision major at Frederick Community College with an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Complete the General Education courses (list below) with grades of ‘C’ or higher.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended that the transfer student complete MA 201 (Applied Calculus) at Frederick Community College. This would allow for transfer credit for the following courses: MTH 180, MTH 182 and MTH 230, thus enhancing the probability of completing the Construction Management Bachelor's Degree in two years.
Although not a requirement for Frederick Community College’s Construction Management & Supervision major, it is recommended that the transfer student complete PY 201 (Fundamentals of Physics) to allow transfer credit for PHS 115 (College Physics I), to enhance the probability of completing the Construction Management Bachelor's Degree in two years.
