Silent Auction

Beautiful Chocolate houses created by baking and pastry arts students will be auctioned off via silent auction. All proceeds to benefit Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity.

1:15 – 2:15 p.m.

Live Auction
Thompson Professional Development Center
Just in time for holiday entertaining - cakes, pastries, and cookie trays will be auctioned to the highest bidders. All proceeds to benefit Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity. (All auctioned items must be picked up after auction is complete. )

Learn about our accredited programs, hospitality careers, and Visiting Chef series. See how Penn College students have benefited from working with visiting chefs such as:

  • Walter Staib - The City Tavern
  • John Folse - Lafitte’s Landing
10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Guided Tours
Klump Academic Center
Tours of the school’s culinary laboratories and Le Jeune Chef Restaurant (provided by Penn College students). At the conclusion of the tour, your group will be taken to the food show in the Professional Development Center.
