Le Jeune Chef Restaurant offers real-life training to students in the College's School of Business & Hospitality.

The School of Business & Hospitality exclusively uses fine chocolates from Guittard Chocolate Company.

Practical hands-on experience
Students average of 16 hours/week in the labs each semester, and dedicate 240 hours to practical experience during the summer internship.
