Retirement Announcement

After 18 years of dedicated service to Penn College and the School of Business and Computer Technologies, Professor Dr. Asesh Das steps down as a full-time faculty member.

School Welcomes New Instructor

Joining the School of Business and Computer Technologies this fall is Robert Baggs, CPA. Baggs brings an exciting level of educational and work experience to Penn College, holding a master's degree in Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University, and over 20 years accounting, academic, and teaching experience.

Designing a Digital Future Summer Camp

Thirty high school students took part in "Designing a Digital Future Career Camp," presented for the first time over the summer by Penn College's School of Business and Computer Technologies.

Students and their "camp counselors" gather for a group photo outside the Breuder Advanced Technology and Health Sciences Center.

The two-day camp was designed to demonstrate an evolving assortment of platforms on which interactive games, websites and other digital-media products can be experienced.

Living Learning Community

The Information Technology Living Learning community is designed to give, on-campus, first year students in our Information Technology majors a great way to network, learn, and have fun through educational and social programs. This community gives students the ability to live, go to class, study, and socialize together.

School Opens New Labs

Renovated instructional space at Penn College has enhanced students' real-world access and literally increased the visibility of several majors in the School.

Classroom

Located on the second-floor east wing of the Breuder Advanced Technology and Health Sciences Center, the classroom/laboratory space includes a mock courtroom for paralegal studies/legal assistant students, a Financial Markets Investment Lab, a Web and Interactive Media Lab, a Gaming and Simulation Lab with top of the line Alienware computers and a fully functional corporate boardroom.
