Designing Parts for Injection Molding

This two-day workshop is designed to provide a fundamental overview of plastic part design for the process of injection molding. Participants will learn selection of an appropriate plastic material, developing a functional engineering design, working within realistic limitations, fundamentals of plastic materials behavior, manufacturing considerations, post-processing/welding techniques and prototyping techniques.
