December Graduate and Honda PACT/Ford Asset Student Housing Contracts

Penn College offers a limited number of short-term contracts to students graduating in December 2013 and students in the Honda PACT and Ford ASSET programs.

Honda PACT/Ford ASSET Student Housing Contract: Designed for students in the Honda PACT and Ford ASSET programs and coincides with the academic schedule of students in these programs (8 weeks in the fall and spring and 6 weeks in the summer).

  • New Students: The contract is currently available on the Student Information System (SIS) for New Fall 2013 Students. A limited number of Honda PACT/Ford Asset housing contracts are available and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Returning Students: A limited number of Honda PACT/Ford Asset Housing Contracts are available and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students wishing to obtain Returning Student Honda PACT/Ford Asset Housing Contract must report to the Residence Life Office (SASC 1033) to pay the housing deposit prior to completing the contract on the Student Information System. The housing deposit can be paid at the Residence Life Office (SASC 1033) starting on February 6, 2013 at 7:00 a.m..

December Graduate Contract:  A December graduate contract allows students graduating in December the opportunity to reside on campus for the fall semester only.  A December graduate contract costs approximately $250 more than a standard housing contract. A limited number of December Graduate Housing Contracts are available and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students wishing to obtain a December graduate housing contract must pay the housing deposit prior to completing a contract on the Student Information System. The housing deposit can be paid at the Residence Life Office (SASC 1033) starting on February 6, 2013 at 7:00 a.m..
