Housing Application Information
Rose Street Commons (Dauphin, Lancaster, York, Juniata, Delaware, and Clinton) house new, first-year students. As noted in research, a student’s first year in college is full of various transitions. This enables a strategic focus for programming and support for new, first-year students at Penn College. Programming and activities at Rose Street Commons focus on academic success and making connections with the College.
Campus View and The Village are upper-class housing. Programming and activities are geared toward the needs and transitions of upper-class students. It is our hope that upper-class students continue connections made from years past in an environment geared towards mature students.
Students living on campus will be required to sign a document and provide official documentation verifying that they have received the meningitis vaccine.
