Facilities
The Penn College residence halls provide a living environment that is different from the traditional residence hall. Instead of students sharing facilities, our buildings are designed as apartment-style communities.
The College offers a variety of living arrangements, including two- and four-person apartments. Each living unit consists of one or two bedrooms (except in efficiency apartments), a living room, a bathroom, several closets and a kitchen (in The Village, Rose Street Apartments, and Penn’s Loft, there is no stove in the individual apartment units. These areas are equipped with a microwave). Each apartment is also fully furnished and includes all utilities, basic local phone service, voice-mail, and connection to the College computer network. Mail delivery and coin/card-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located on-site (Penn’s Loft students use the laundry room at The Village).
