Offenses Resulting in Eviction From On-Campus Housing
The foundation of community living in a residence hall is respecting the rights of others. This requires that certain activities and behaviors not be exhibited. The eight actions identified below seriously infringe on the rights of other community members and will not be tolerated. Violators may be evicted from Residence Life, with no refunds, and may also be subject to additional disciplinary action. Other College and Residence Life policies may be found in the Penn College Student Guidebook. This is not meant to be a complete list!
