Residence Life
Pennsylvania College of Technology is an institution which is committed to your success. The College has a long-standing tradition of offering the tools a student needs to attain their academic and personal goals.
By living on campus, you will be in the heart of Penn College life, with access to its many excellent resources as well as its numerous activities, events and socials. In fact, recent studies have shown that students who live on campus earn higher grades, are less likely to drop out, and are more satisfied with their college experience.
Important Dates
- Saturday, May 5 – residence halls close for the semester at 10 a.m. or 24 hours after a student's last final exam (whichever comes first).
Current residents should review and follow closing procedures prior to vacating their room/apartment at the end of the year. Closing procedures are listed on the Policies, Regulations and Guidelines page.
- Saturday, August 18 – Residence Halls Open for New Students (New Student Housing Move-In Information)
- Sunday, August 19 – Residence Halls Open for Returning Students

Student Housing Contracts are now available on the Student Information System (SIS). All new and transfer students for Fall 2012 who have been accepted to the College and have paid their $100 tuition deposit are eligible to complete the New Student Housing Contract.
