Short-Term Student Housing Contracts

Penn College offers a limited number of short-term contracts to students graduating in December 2010 and students in the Honda PACT and Ford ASSET programs.

Honda PACT/Ford ASSET Student Housing Contract: Designed for students in the Honda PACT and Ford ASSET programs and coincides with the academic schedule of students in these programs (8 weeks in the fall and spring and 6 weeks in the summer).

  • New Students: The contract is currently available on the Student Information System (SIS) for New Fall 2010 Students
  • Returning Students: The contract will be available to returning Fall 2010 students on February 8, 2010 at 7 a.m. Students wishing to obtain one of these contracts must report to the Residence Life Office (SASC 1033) to pay the housing deposit anytime after February 8, 2010 at 7 a.m.

December Graduate Contract:  A December graduate contract allows students graduating in December the opportunity to reside on campus for the fall semester only.  A December graduate contract costs approximately $250 more than a standard housing contract. Students wishing to obtain one of these contract must report to the Residence Life Office (SASC 1033) to pay the housing deposit anytime after February 8, 2010 at 7 a.m.
