* Students on academic probation cannot use Web scheduling; they should work closely with their faculty advisers and then process the schedule with a staff member in the Advisement Center Scheduling Lab, SASC, Room 1049.
** YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for notifying the Registrar’s Office in writing if you are not planning to attend a class or classes. If you fail to inform that office, you bear the financial and academic responsibility for course(s).
*** If petitioning is not completed by the deadline, special approval to participate in commencement ceremonies will be necessary. Additionally, late petitioners will not be eligible for commencement awards.
**** Exams will be block-scheduled for three hours per course between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Any student with more than three finals on a given day may petition the Vice President for Academic Affairs/Provost for an alternate evaluation time. Students with questions about the schedule of their finals or summary activity should discuss this with the instructor at the first class meeting.
