Beginning with the Fall 2007 semester, electronic tuition bills (eBill) will replace paper bills for returning Pennsylvania College of Technology students. New students still will receive a printed bill, but returnees (and/or their designees) will access an online bill via the secure Student Information System.

“We are pleased to be able to provide students – and parents – faster, secure access to their tuition bills,” said Robert M. Fisher, vice president for business affairs. “This is not only a more efficient process, but it should help eliminate a worry about a lost or missing important piece of paper.”

The eBill will contain the same information as previous printed bills, with the added convenience of online access, immediate availability and up-to-date inclusion of all financial-aid funds.

How eBill Works
An e-mail will be sent to each eligible student’s Penn College account when the electronic bill is available for viewing and payment; returning students then can access eBill through the SIS’ “View eBill” option. An additional online feature – “Change Student Preferences” – will allow students to opt for a printed bill.

Payment methods will remain the same with eBill: Credit cards for online, phone and in-person payments; checks for in-person and mail payments to the Bursar’s Office/Student Accounts (SASC, Room 2098).
