Pennsylvania College of Technology held Winter Commencement ceremonies Saturday, Dec. 18, at the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport. Ten Eyck, Danville, who received associate’s degrees in Culinary Arts Technology and Baking and Pastry Arts from the School of Hospitality; College President Dr. Davie Jane Gilmour with Jacqueline B.
