PCToday Photo Gallery - Spring Open House 2005

With weather befitting its name, Spring Open House brought thousands of visitors to Pennsylvania College of Technology's campuses on Saturday. Tours, informative presentations and face-to-face meetings in all eight academic schools offered prospective students and their guests an up-close opportunity to learn more about Penn College, its majors and facilities. Activities at The Earth Science Center near Allenwood included the popular Heavy Equipment Rodeo, in which students from the College's Service and Operation of Heavy Equipment Association – along with competitors from area vocational-technical schools – took part in a number of skill events showcasing the nimbler side of earth-moving behemoths. Guests also traveled to the Lumley Aviation Center in Montoursville and the Advanced Automotive Technology Center in Williamsport's West End.
