PCToday Photo Gallery - 'Mix-Off' Urges Healthy, Responsible Decision-Making

On Tuesday, April 5, the College and Community Coalition and AAA North Penn sponsored a "Mix-Off" party featuring non-alcoholic creations whipped up by Culinary Arts students. The free event, held in Penn's Inn from 5:30-7:30 p.m., was designed to demonstrate that one can have fun without using drugs or alcohol. There was free food, mix-off drinks, music, dancing, pinatas and prizes. Information tables were available to address drug and alcohol issues, highway safety and responsible sexual behavior. Hospitality students prepared some of the food and the mix-off beverages, The Wildcat Dance Team performed, and students from the Nathaniel Project as well as several Ambassadors from Counseling/Career & Disability Services were on hand to assist.
