Thursday, March 24, brought
two proven job-search tools to Penn College students, as business and
industry officials
–
many accompanied by alumni now in their employ
–
delivered prime networking opportunities for soon-to-be graduates. The annual
Career Fair at the Schneebeli Earth Science Center was held from 10 a.m.-1
p.m., and the Spring Career Expo followed from 12:30-4:30 p.m. in the Field
House. Armed with talent, confidence and resumes, students at both events
navigated a sea of giveaways and competition to meet face-to-face with their
possible futures.

Spring Career Expo
Overlooking the Spring Career Expo from
the Field House balcony are, from left, Barbara A. Danko, director of
alumni relations; former Student Ambassadors Scott M. Jacobs of Enola, a
2004 graduate in manufacturing engineering technology, and Holly
(Prichard) Spotts of Leesport, who received her bachelor's degree in
business administration in 1996; and Chester D. Schuman, director of
admissions. Jacobs and Spotts were among the alumni recruiters hoping to
hire from the skilled pool of soon-to-be Penn College graduates.
