Three members of the state House Appropriations Committee, including the majority and minority chairmen, toured the Pennsylvania College of Technology campus today with college President Davie Jane Gilmour. Visiting various labs and facilities were Rep. Brett O. Feese (R-Lycoming), a member of the Penn College Board of Directors and chairman of the Appropriations Committee; Rep. Dwight Evans (D-Philadelphia), the Democratic chairman of the Appropriations Committee; and Rep. Steven W. Cappelli (R-Lycoming), a member of the committee. Joining them was Vernon J. Smith, Evans' legislative assistant. The tour included labs in College Avenue Labs, the Avco-Lycoming Metal Trades Center, the Machining Technologies Center and the Breuder Advanced Technology and Health Sciences Center.
