PCToday Photo Gallery - Visiting Chef John Folse

Chef John Folse, a worldwide ambassador for Cajun and Creole cooking, host of PBS's "A Taste of Louisiana," and owner of Chef John Folse and Co., visited Pennsylvania College of Technology during the week of April 4. While here, Folse, along with his top chefs Jay Kimball and David Harris, shared their expertise with students in the School of Hospitality. The visit culminated with a dinner Saturday in Le Jeune Chef, from which funds are used for scholarships.
