Latest Photo Contest Invites College Community to 'Tri' Its Best

Over the past several years, the PCToday photo contest has covered a lot of angles, with entries ranging from pets and vacations to community service and campus pride. For Spring 2008, the angles are quite literal, indeed – triangles, in fact – with faculty/staff and students encouraged to find that familiar geometric friend in even the most unfamiliar of campus locations. (For those who think triangles only exist in "Yield" signs, church steeples and that uneaten half of a grilled-cheese sandwich, we offer these examples to help "shape" the semester's pool of submissions.) The winning photograph, as selected by the judges, will be showcased online and may be added to the college database for future use. Entries are due May 5. Digital (JPEG format) files are preferred and can be e-mailed; prints can be sent to DIF #30. Gift certificates of $25 each from the College Store and Food Services await the winner, whose work will be featured here before summer.
