PCToday Photo Gallery - Students Afforded Tour of Their 'College Town'

Penn College students were treated to a tour of Downtown Williamsport in conjunction with September's "First Friday" festivities – getting acquainted with local merchants and restaurateurs, learning about tourism's hot spots, and picking up a few discounts and free samples along the way.
