PCToday Photo Gallery - Spring 2007 Visiting Chef Series

Chef Donald Barickman, vice president and founding executive chef of three award-winning Charleston, S.C., restaurants, including Magnolias Uptown Down South and Cypress Lowcountry Grille, returned for a second time to Pennsylvania College of Technology's Visiting Chef Series last week with Craig Deihl, executive chef of Cypress, and M. Kelly Wilson, pastry chef at Cypress. The chefs coached the students as they prepared upscale modifications of lowcountry cuisine for a fund-raising dinner on March 9. Net proceeds from the event are used for annual scholarship awards and endowed scholarship funds.
