Students in the dental hygiene major made mouth guards for athletes on Penn College's women's basketball team and Wildcat Power Team. This is the second year the dental hygiene program has offered the service to the college's athletic teams. The student athletes are not charged for the service, which would cost at least $60 at a dentist's office.
