Faculty/staff, students and friends of Pennsylvania College of Technology gathered east of the Roger and Peggy Madigan Library on Tuesday afternoon for the official dedication of the magnificent new facility, already in heavy use since its Aug. 14 opening. Dignitaries including James P. Creedon, state secretary of general services, took part in the ceremony, which was followed by tours and a reception on the patio outside Bookmarks Cafe.
