PCToday Photo Gallery - Food Show and 'House for a Home' Auction

The School of Hospitality hosted its annual Food Show and chocolate house auction Dec. 8, featuring final projects from students in several advanced courses. The projects were judged by chefs and other hospitality professionals from around the region, including Chef Eugene Mattucci, owner/executive chef, Mattucci’s Willow Café, Mount Carmel, who has been judging the Food Show since it began, and for whom the "Best of Show" award is named. The chocolate houses were sold in a silent auction, funds from which are donated to Williamsport/Lycoming Habitat for Humanity. More funds were raised for the charity through a live auction of cakes and cookies.
