PCToday Photo Gallery - College Successfully Defends Title in Mardi Gras Parade

Pennsylvania College of Technology's "floating" entry in downtown Williamsport's annual Mardi Gras parade won first prize for the second consecutive year Saturday night. The float, built in the college's Rose Street warehouse by a team of students and staff, was designed by students Carl Gravely and Tyler Wetzel.
