PCToday Photo Gallery - Winter 2005 Commencement

Pennsylvania College of Technology held its Winter 2005 commencement ceremony Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport. The student speaker for the 11 a.m. ceremony was Ryan K. Zimmerman, South Williamsport, who received a bachelor’s degree in computer information technology-data communications and networking from the School of Business and Computer Technologies. During the ceremonies, Penn College President Davie Jane Gilmour presented an Alumni Citizenship/Humanitarian Award to William P. "Scott" Welch. Also speaking was Irwin H. Siegel, professor of business administration/business law and the May 2005 recipient of the Master Teacher Award, the highest level of recognition given to a Penn College faculty member.
