The Pennsylvania College of Technology women's basketball team captured the Penn State University Athletic Conference championship in dramatic fashion Saturday afternoon, sinking two less-than-last-second free throws to beat Penn State Harrisburg by a 69-67 score. The team advanced to the final game by handily defeating Penn State York on Friday night.
