Fall 2009 Career Day
About 900 high school students and chaperones from 18 school districts far and wide visited Penn College's campuses to learn about potential careers through a full Friday of exciting hands-on activities and informative tours. The visitors represented school districts in Adams, Blair, Bradford, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Huntingdon, Lancaster, Lycoming, Monroe, Montour, Northumberland, Philadelphia, Potter and Tioga counties. The college's Outreach for K-12 Office each fall organizes Career Day for students in 10th through 12th grades; a similar event for seventh- to ninth-graders is held every spring.
