
School of Hospitality Filling Part-Time Substitute Positions

The School of Hospitality is seeking individuals for the following positions in Le Jeune Chef Restaurant part-time substitute pool: Casual Part-Time Dishroom/Kitchen Helper, Hospitality; Substitute Dishroom/Kitchen Helper, Hospitality; Casual Part-Time Waitstaff, Le Jeune Chef; and Catering Substitute Waitstaff, Le Jeune Chef and Catering.

Minimum qualifications include:
For Waitstaff

Successful completion of Dining Room Management course or three months of work experience as waitstaff.

Ability to follow oral and written direction.

Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively, courteously, and in a positive manner with students, faculty, staff, and the public.

Sensitivity to the expectations of patrons and the public.

Demonstrated sensitivity to diversity and multicultural issues.
For Dishroom/Kitchen Helpers

Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with faculty, staff, students, and the public.

Ability to perform simple tasks following oral instruction.

Ability to read gauges or be trained to do so.

Demonstrated sensitivity to diversity and multicultural issues.
