The School of Hospitality is seeking individuals for the following positions in Le Jeune Chef Restaurant part-time substitute pool: Casual Part-Time Dishroom/Kitchen Helper, Hospitality; Substitute Dishroom/Kitchen Helper, Hospitality; Casual Part-Time Waitstaff, Le Jeune Chef; and Catering Substitute Waitstaff, Le Jeune Chef and Catering.

Minimum qualifications include:
For Waitstaff
- Successful completion of Dining Room Management course or three months of work experience as waitstaff.
- Ability to follow oral and written direction.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively, courteously, and in a positive manner with students, faculty, staff, and the public.
- Sensitivity to the expectations of patrons and the public.

For Dishroom/Kitchen Helpers
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with faculty, staff, students, and the public.
- Ability to perform simple tasks following oral instruction.
- Ability to read gauges or be trained to do so.
