The Off-Campus Housing Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology provides you with the resources needed to find and maintain an off-campus apartment. Our staff will provide pointers on how to utilize resources, work with landlords, and offer their expertise on Williamsport and surrounding area. While our focus is on the Penn College student who lives in an off-campus housing unit, we gladly offer our resources and experience with all students.

All of our services are offered FREE of charge because we want to help you find the right housing situation to fit your needs and ensure that you have a positive Penn College experience.

General Advice for Parents and Students When Looking for an Off-Campus Apartment

  1. Only look at properties listed on the Off-Campus Housing List.
  2. Don't sign a lease until you have met with the landlord face-to-face.
  3. Don't sign a lease until you have toured your specific apartment.
  4. Don't sign a lease unless you are absolutely sure that will be attending Penn College and you are sure that is where you want to live.
