Campus Facilites
The Stage X Building Program positions Penn College for the 21st century, adding and expanding facilities needed for future growth.
Dauphin Hall • Rose Street Commons
The new Dauphin Hall joins College West and Rose Street Apartments to create Rose Street Commons, a student housing complex at the west end of campus. Dauphin Hall features a dining and gathering area designed to enhance the resident student experience. With the addition of 260 beds in Dauphin Hall, the college offers on-campus residence for 1,760 students.
Parkes Automotive Technology Center
Enlarging and renovating this instructional facility provides for enrollment growth in a popular Penn College major and one of the nation’s longest-running postsecondary automotive education programs.
Avco-Lycoming Metal Trades Center
Renovation and expansion of welding instructional laboratories in this facility supports current industry needs for advanced and emerging technologies in an expanding career field.
Hager Lifelong Education Center
Relocation of the Children’s Learning Center and early childhood education facilities and the renovation of science laboratories in this facility were made possible by the relocation of the library (to the Madigan Library in 2006) and executive offices (to the Student & Administrative Services Center in 2008).
