After completing this course, participants will be able to define customer service, identify the importance of customer service in weatherization, be more aware of the impact of first impressions on your customers, better meet or exceed customer expectations, better communicate to the customer through better listening and clear communication techniques, and apply customer service strategies that protect the integrity of the weatherization program and still get the job done. This course is approximately 60% presentation and 40% classroom exercises. This course requires each individual to participate in classroom discussions and exercises, and a passing grade (70% or above) in the end-of-course exam. Hours: 4 BPI CEUs: 1.33.
