Vision
Build a library, dedicated to State Sen. Roger A. Madigan and his late wife Peggy, which will meet the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Standards for College Libraries in Higher Education and offer state-of-the-art resources to students of Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA.
